2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the destination address. These fees will be displayed at checkout, and you can select your preferred shipping option.

Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain threshold or as part of a promotional offer.

3. Order Processing Times

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM CST may not be processed until the next business day. Processing times typically range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the volume of orders we are handling at the time.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery time will vary based on your location and the shipping method you select.
  • International Orders: Delivery times depend on the destination country and the customs clearance process. Customs delays can sometimes extend delivery times, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. Klyrra cannot be responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. 8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier immediately using the tracking number provided. We will also assist you in submitting a claim to the carrier. Klyrra is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit, but we are committed to resolving issues to the best of our ability.

For high-value orders, you may opt to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. This provides additional protection in case your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. This option is highly recommended for international orders.
